RCCC Students Receive Rotary Scholarships |

SALISBURY, N.C. — Two Rowan-Cabarrus Community College students have received $1,000 scholarships from the Salisbury Rotary Club. Both students were recognized at today's RCCC Board of Trustees meeting. Jeremy Proctor of China Grove and Jerica Sherrill of Cleveland are the Rotary scholarship recipients. Proctor is an arts and sciences student with plans to pursue bachelor's degrees in biology and theatre arts. He is the son of Donald and Carol Proctor. Sherrill is an arts and sciences student and plans a career as a respiratory therapist. She is the daughter of Jerry and Deedra Sherrill. |

Opening its doors in 1963, Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) is one of 58 colleges in the state-supported North Carolina Community College System.
